The Chicago House

The Chicago House is exclusively a men's sober home recovery residence located in South Minneapolis a few blocks away from the Midtown Global Market, restaurants, shops, and parks. Powderhorn Park has beautiful sprawling hills and a lake. 
This home is a duplex but used as one house with four televisions areas, two kitchens and two formal dining rooms, a study area and private fenced in back yard.  There is excellent support and fellowship at New Spirit Homes. 
The Chicago House is a 4700 square feet. Lots of room to move around.
The home features include:

The Park House is exclusively a men's sober home recovery residence located in South Minneapolis a few blocks away from the Midtown Global Market, restaurants, shops, and parks. Powderhorn Park has beautiful sprawling hills and a lake. 
This beautiful home features an abundance of kitchen storage space, granite kitchen counter tops, large screen TVs in two different living room areas, formal dining room and handy mudroom entrance. You will feel right at home at the Park House. 
The Park House is a 4300 square foot single family home.

The Morris House

The Morris House is exclusively a men's sober home recovery residence located in South Minneapolis a few blocks away from the Midtown Global Market, restaurants, shops, and parks. Powderhorn Park has beautiful sprawling hills and a lake. The Morris House is named in memory of John Morris, a close and personal friend of New Spirit Homes' President and founder.
​The Morris House is a very large home with four finished levels, two separate cooking and eating areas, ample room for food storage, and three separate entertainment areas.

The Merlin House

The Merlin House is exclusively a men's sober home recovery residence located in South Minneapolis a few blocks away from Lake of Isles in the popular Uptown Neighborhood. A block from grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and parks. Lots of job opportunities within walking distance. The Merlin House is named for the founders father Reverend Merlin Bartelt a Lutheran Pastor. Merlin believed in the power of positive thought and a strong work ethic. Merlin has a saying, "No stink'n think'n" Meaning keep your thoughts and attitude positive. You are worthy of sobriety and a new life/new spirit awaits you.
